Sherburne County Divorce Records

The Sherburne County District Court provides several ways for members of the public to view or obtain divorce records. The easiest method is online through the Minnesota Court Records Online (MCRO). The search parameters include name, case number, or attorney bar number. To get copies of records, submit a request by mail or in person at the courthouse. Mail requests require a written letter or completed Copy Request Form and a check for the copy fees. For in-person requests, individuals may visit during business hours, use the public access terminals, or ask records staff for help.
